AllSync 4 Manual ➝ AllSync

Report

The report provides a detailed overview of the contents of the source and destination folders as well as planned or already executed copy operations. The contents of the source and destination folders are displayed in two side-by-side tables with expandable folder structure.
  • The left table shows the data from the source folder.
  • The right table shows the data from the destination folder.
The symbols in front of a file or folder name indicate which action is planned for the item or has already been executed.

Copy Operation

After a copy operation, all performed actions are displayed using symbols in front of the respective file and folder names in the report tables.

Copy Preview

The copy preview provides an overview of all planned actions that would be executed when starting a copy operation with a profile. This allows you to review and adjust your settings in the Profile Properties in advance if necessary. When creating the copy preview, all files and folders from the source and destination folder are read and displayed as a tree structure in the tables in the report.
Depending on the settings in the profile properties, a symbol is shown before each file or folder name to indicate the planned action. The displayed actions can be adjusted via a context menu if needed: To do this, right-click a file or folder in the report.

Process Copy Preview

Executes all actions shown in the report tables.
